Is it possible to view the Jeeps?
Yes – by appointment, you can view our vehicles on-site in Cala Millor. This ensures they are not out on a tour at the time.
Can the Jeep tours be booked all year round?
Yes, our tours can be booked all year round – also ideal for company events or groups outside the peak season.
Is there a maximum number of participants for the Jeep tours?
For large groups, we offer customized concepts. Even very large groups can be accommodated easily with coordinated schedules or tour variations. Feel free to contact us for a tailored solution.
Which languages do the guides speak?
Our guides speak German and English.
Do you need the guests’ information?
No. We only need to see the drivers’ licenses on the day of the tour.
Is the tour exclusive to our group?
Yes, the group tour is conducted exclusively for you. No external participants will join.
Can drivers be switched during the tour?
Yes – driver changes are possible at the stops at any time (provided a valid driving license).
Insurance for multiple drivers?
All vehicles are fully comprehensively insured – with no deductible. The number of drivers does not matter – insurance is included in the tour price.
What should guests bring?
Valid driving license (for drivers)
Sturdy, closed shoes
Weather-appropriate clothing & sun protection
Swimwear should be worn in advance (if a swimming stop is desired)
Can we do a city tour through Palma with the Jeeps?
Due to environmental regulations, driving through Palma is not possible.
Is food provided during the tour?
Only on the Adventure Tour is a barbecue lunch included around 1:00 PM. Special requests (vegan, vegetarian, etc.) can of course be arranged.
Which drinks are included on the tour?
Cold water is provided on all tours. On the full-day tour, drinks also include cola, Fanta, and water alongside the meal.
How does the booking process work?
After your inquiry, you will receive an offer.
When booking, we request a 50% deposit to secure the date.
The remaining payment is due approximately 4 weeks before the tour begins.
Which payment methods do you offer?
Payment can be made conveniently by bank transfer – our bank details can be found on the invoice.
Is VAT included on the invoice?
Yes. The Spanish IVA (VAT) of 21% is included in the price and is shown on the invoice.
Bus transfer services are subject to a reduced rate of 10%.
